How the Leadership Suite works
- Each of these courses may be taken alone or as part of a longer award lasting over 2 years
- For delegates undertaking the longer award, the course entitled ‘What is Leadership?’ is a pre-requisite for entrance to additional courses
- Each course may be taken concurrently with another course provided the delegate is able to commit the time to two action research projects simultaneously.
- All delegates must have access to a school setting to conduct the action research project required for assessment purposes
There are three levels of achievement:
BRONZE AWARD: ‘What is Leadership?’ + 1 Optional Module
SILVER AWARD: ‘What is Leadership?’ + 2 Optional Modules
GOLD AWARD: ‘What is Leadership?’ + 4 Optional Modules
