Train the Trainer
The most effective professional development is often found within schools. There are few schools that do not have excellent practitioners. However, it can feel really daunting standing up in front of others as the 'expert'. People expect a lot when they go on a course, and a 'run of the mill' training puts people to sleep or fails to energise trainees so desired changes don’t happen. This course is for those who want to learn how to engage, enliven, inspire and motivate those they present to, giving them simple usable skills and a suite of possible activities for their own workshops.
Who would benefit
Heads of Department/Faculty, Assistant Heads of Department/Faculty, Curriculum Coordinators, Heads of
Year, those aspiring to Head of Department roles, any member of staff with a whole school responsibility who may need to present to others.
