Organising Time, Space, Staff and Resources to Impact Student Achievement
Effective allocation of time and resources is the key to realizing improvements in student achievement. How effectively do school leaders use time? How much time falls into the ‘value-added’ category and how much is wasted? How often is the physical environment and staffing assessed to ensure the best possible allocation, or does historical inertia act as a limiting factor so ‘This is the way it has always been’ is never challenged?
This course is part of a suite of Leadership courses; it may be taken as a stand-alone course or be combined with one or more from the suite to obtain either a Bronze, Silver or Gold level Leadership Award (please see the Leadership Suite page for more details).
