Managing Inspections

 

Many leaders and teachers know what to prepare for inspection: documents, plans and evidences. However, a lot of them fail to present their best during the days of inspection and are left wondering how inspectors operate.  This course will help school leaders and teachers to know what to expect and manage their days of inspection effectively.

Program content

Participants will be able to:
•   Analyze and understand the requirements of the Inspection Framework.
•   Receive feedback and suggestion on lesson plans for inspection
•   Be guided on how to evaluate lessons through joint observations
•   Receive feedback and suggestions on the school’s Self Evaluation Form through discussion sessions
•   Receive direct support during inspection days
