Efficiency for Senior Leaders
So much to do and so little time! The expectations of senior leaders means they need to manage their time very efficiently and balance the demands of a wide range of stakeholders. This workshop looks at strategies for responding to the daily demands of the senior leader role.

Programme content
Participants will:
- Explore the theory of ‘efficiency’ and the difference between efficiency and effectiveness
- Learn forensic approaches to dealing with underperforming staff
- Explore strategies for dealing with student incidents more efficiently
- Learn how to run an effective meeting and achieve all its objectives in the shortest possible time
- Undertake a practical exercise on time management and learn how to prioritise, maximize the use of time and delegate whilst retaining responsibility
