Effective Lesson Observation

effective-lesson-observation

When evaluating lessons there are a number of variables that need to be considered: the purpose of the observation, the intended audience for feedback, time available and the relationship between the observer and the teacher. Does one focus on a particular aspect or observe all aspects of the lesson? What makes some lessons more effective than others?
