This workshop examines how the responsibilities and duties necessary to manage a school well can be shared using the strengths and abilities of the senior team.

  • Learn about the theory of distributed leadership and the reasons why the best schools apply it
  • Examine, in their own context, the responsibilities and duties necessary at all levels in the school
  • Learn how to delegate duties on the basis of personnel strengths
  • Create a distributed leadership structure for their school
