MODULES

Administration & Management
Module includes information and training on preparing the overall administrative structure with roles and responsibilities, policies and clear guidelines on registration and communication with parents. This module also focuses on HR, recruitment and performance management.

Self evaluation & Action planning
A strong self evaluation scheme at regular intervals provides a basis for identifying areas for improvement. Module includes training on continuous curriculum assessment, change implementation, adoption of recommended procedures and benchmarking with best practices.
